We actively support our sales partner network with dedicated account management (both sales and marketing), technical telephone support, product training and online access to support materials via our website. We expect all sales partners to undertake effective marketing, promotional and sales activities and provide excellent pre and post-sales support to the target market.

To become a sales partner, we would ask you contact us and confirm your interest. One of our regional sales managers will then contact you directly to discuss your request. During this discussion we will ask for the following information:

  • How would you develop the local market for our products? 
  • Who do you foresee are the customers for our products? 
  • How do you intend selling and promoting our products?
  • Have you identified any customers that you intend targeting with our products?
  • Have you discovered what products your potential customers are using currently?
  • How significant do you think the market is for infrared non-contact temperature measurement, combustion efficiency and environmental pollutant emissions solutions? And what do you base this research on?
